Big Brothers Big Sisters Event at Keene State College

St. Patrick’s Day Party    

Saturday March 8, From 2:00-4:00p.m.

In the Mountain View Room.

I give permission for my child, ___________________________________________

to attend a St. Patrick’s Day Party with his Big Brother or Big Sister on

Saturday March 8 from 2:00-4:00p.m.

I understand that I am responsible for providing transportation to and from the event

for my child.  I also understand that since my child participates in a site-based match,

he/she is not covered by the Big Brothers Big Sisters accident insurance policy for

this event. I will not hold Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Monadnock Region

responsible for any accident or injury to my child resulting from participation in this

event.
